Is Martin a radical or Extremist

Radical and Extreme are two different words with somewhat similar meaning since both want to change either peoples religions or political views to things. The extreme part of it is when people enforce their beliefs on others and will do anything to make them believe, act, or do what ever needs to be done for the belief. While being radical means that a person who wishes to influence peoples political views that need to be changed or that relate to the situation. He was a very radical person that believed in the good of the people.

How has Martin Luther King Jr influenced open mindedness

Martin has influenced millions of people if not billions (since some of his words in his speeches were plagiarised from Ghandi) of people since his Martin's speech is talking about equality between white people and black people. Martin wanted to show white people that they are the same as anyone else who is human and shouldn't be treated differently and has shown that everyone should be open minded to change. Martins 'I had a dream' speech explained how the American dream is intertwined with his own dream, here is the small text of that dream.
"I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal."

In this part of Martin's speech he starts to pour his soul into his words and makes one of the most powerful sentence that anyone has ever heard.

"I have a dream that one day on the red hills of Georgia, the sons of former slaves and the sons of former slave owners will be able to sit down together at the table of brotherhood."

Martin also pointed out that he was open minded to in this part of the speech.

"I am not unmindful that some of you have come here out of great trials and tribulations. Some of you have come fresh from narrow jail cells. And some of you have come from areas where your quest -- quest for freedom left you battered by the storms of persecution and staggered by the winds of police brutality."

How Martin challenged the racists in America

Martin Luther King Jr has challenged the racist Americans by going against the law at that time and preach about how equal rights need to be made. Back in those times if a person of colour (mostly black people) spoke above a white person it was considered against the law since black people were considered "the slave race". Martin only cared about getting his dream across about civil rights and

Did Martin take a dangerous risks for others

Martin took risks for an entire race, his people were getting beaten up by police for nothing. Martin broke a law by speaking to a large number of people and preaching about black rights which obviously back then was illegal. Martin was the only person who stood up to the white supremacists and actually made black rights a thing in America (equal rights).

HOW HAS MARTIN WORKED FOR EQUAL RIGHTS BETWEEN RACES

He broke the law for equal race rights for his own people, he has gone to the effort of making a speech that changed history for the rest of human existence. Martin died due to a person not liking what he had to say, Martin did not live a long life but he still made a huge impact for the rest of the world. Martin made more change in the world than any other, more than Mother Teresa did. I believe that to be true since Mother Teresa did not teach the world to love another race she only helped people who were part of her faith system and shut out the others who didn't accept her faith while Martin's faith is faith in humanity.

Martin has only offended white supremacists and racists in the southern parts of America. In America there were more racists than people eating hot food in America. Martin was actually assassinated on the 4th of April 1968, Memphis, Tennessee, United States because some group did not agree with him.

Martin's worldview

His worldview is surrounded by God and his faith of civil rights and equality between races, he not only looked at the world in a religious way but in a sad way because of oppression against black peoples rights. Martin wanted to change the way we think and to be more open minded so then we can branch off to new things. Martin looked at his country in shame for what it is since America wasn't living up to it's name, America was divided by races whites and blacks, so Martin decided to make a change. Martin had gone through a lot to make his world view look like this and not only that went to jail for what he fought for.
