(this has come from trying every other strategy we can think of that hasn't worked).
2) 10ktk have spoken as a team together about being consistent about our expectations in the classroom and keeping the kids accountable to this.  (e.g no phones, no wandering outside of class, asking for permission and getting notes if leaving the class for any reason).
