         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>I will only consume alcohol in certain social situations like parties or dinners for the next month.</p></li><li><p>When I do choose to drink, to make it only 1-3 drinks.</p></li><li><p>Make a "bet" with my bestfriend to no drinking to help each other create a habit.</p></li><li><p>I will check all the expiration dates on my medicines and rearrange them in a more accesible way in order to prevent consuming an expired or wrong medication or not finding the right one in an emergency.</p></li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>I will follow short youtube pilates classes 2 or 3 times a week for a month, starting next monday, to tone and strenghten my body</p></li><li><p>I will do 1-2 hour strenght trainig sessions at the gym 3 or 4 times a week for a month, starting next monday, to complement my exersicing routine</p></li><li><p>For the next month, me and my partner  will go for a 5-10 km run aiming for endurance not speed, every sunday before church, to increase my physycal activity and keep myself motivated and acountable.</p></li><li><p>Making sure to stay active everyday, even if I don't feel like exercising, maybe just go for a walk or do 15 minutes of yoga.</p></li></ul>]]></description>
