DS- In the UK we were unable to create the Shared folder to sync reports generated on the Sync engine into PCM. However we can drag reports into the folder and all worked this way. Using Windows 11 PC.

I haven't had any issues with the installation and recognition of the device. I only had to restart the computer once Proxi was installed, and everything went perfectly.

What I like about PRISMAcolor Manager is the practicality it offers for getting work done. Once the patches are printed, it allows measuring them in a room outside the printing workshop. Additionally, I find the graph it generates over time very enlightening to identify possible deviations or constants in the deltas.

Printed the first chart is OK after printer is set up, and activated, but if it’s not been measured with PCM, then I cannot print a second one(?).

The Print button of test chart is not active. Is this how its built?

On a PRISMAsync, I can print several Colour tests without measuring…

Need more details on recommended color settings on Fiery and PRISMAsync to do correct measuring Media Relative on Coated and UnCoated.

Fiery: Created Job Preset connected to Virtual printer ((with correct media, output tray etc.), but how can we be sure all color settings are correct?

Sync: Created Color presets added to Automated workflow (with correct media, output tray etc), but how can we be sure all color settings are correct?

I've chosen Estugraph as a starting point to demonstrate the usage and advantages this software offers. However, where it will truly be vital is at Hoffman (Valencia), where they are solely dedicated to printing photobooks. It's a different environment and, from my point of view, more demanding in terms of graphic arts clients. It's truly a photo factory with a significant volume. Additionally, there's the possibility of conducting measurements for many other devices that are not Canon-branded

I think to make Sales and BC's VERY CLEAR about the functions and limitations of what is achievable. To be very clear in our proposition. How important is colour to the customer and what do they wish to use the information for?? what is in it for them when then have the information and how they use it for their own business.

CZ: we see potential in some customers but marjket in our territory is price sensitive so their decision might be finaly price relative. See potential in several customers with larger MIF to keep the same output. Even some of them might looking for solution to protect themself against customer complaines
