The groups were created this way in order to make our learning environment as diverse as possible, and force us to meet new people to make our experiences exciting and dynamic. The colors are there to create team-building and team identity, which is really important for team work.

Grouping:
1. The colours of the three groups on top could represent the colours of Finland, so the county where we are right now together and the colours of the other groups could represent the diversity of all our nationalities.
2. Colours are easy to show to the other classmates and so you find your group easily while observing all the people in the room.

- It seems very well structured with the group project and topics covered.
-The groups ensure diversity so that we can share our own cultural funds of knowledge with each other as we learn from the content matter. We were discussing that giving the groups colors gives us something that we are already related with even though we do not know each other.

1. Course structure: We all have the same understanding of how to complete the course.

- If one of us has a problem with the schedule and would miss the oral presentation, how to proceed?

2. Grouping:
Maybe the colours are related to topics of the curricular?

Also the groups are located like staris, so maybe the topics build up on each other?

Maybe the colour red/orange is about a very "hot" topic.

3. Symbolism:
Three diffrent continents in one group (Asia, Afrika, Europe). -> Diversity <3

1. A little more clarity on Core Studies, Intermediate Studies and other levels would help. Are they equivalent to Bachelors, Masters and so on..?
