My name is Joanne Magana. I am twenty-seven years old. I live in Del Rio, Tx. I attended Del Rio High School and graduated with honors in June 2014. My college journey began when I started with Southwest Texas Junior College in the summer of 2014 and graduated with honors in December 2015. My journey continued in Sul Ross State University where I graduated in May 2018. I began my journey for my Master's degree in Fall 2021 and hope to graduate December 2023.

I am currently a second grade teacher at Lamar Elementary in Del Rio, Tx. I also work at Mr. Gatti's Del Rio. Before becoming a teacher I used to be a substitute teacher in where I substituted for all grades from second to eight grade.

I am very dedicated to my studies and my work. I set goals and do anything and everything to try and reach them. I communicate the needs of the organization to my colleagues when asked to do so by my supervisor. I will always strive to do the best.

In addition, it describes what the focus of each session will be. This example explains how these sessions will affect the learners and the purpose of them. The learners will be able to learn by having visuals, listening, and hands-on activities.

This example includes a variety of resources that what will be included on the professional development. In addition, it shows the steps needed when developing a professional development.

In this work example you are shown a training that was created and states what instructional model will be used. It provides a lesson plan with the objectives and the breakdown of the training and their objectives. This example shows how the instructional model is effective for this training. In addition, it clearly demonstrates how one is able to deliver instruction both virtual and in person. This example is beneficial to the workplace because it demonstrates the flexibility of the training and of the instructional model to work for every situation.

It demonstrates the problem and shows how as a curriculum writer plans to fix or address it. In addition, this work sample shows the sampling strategy that will be used.

Personal and Professional Development.

This example was very meaningful to me in the way it shows what an instructional coach is required to do. We were asked to record ourselves doing a coaching piece. This made me reflect how important it is to be there for our teachers. As a teacher we get so caught up with everything that when we require the help we do not seek it. When doing this coaching piece, I was able to see how sometimes talking about a lesson that was unsuccessful can help you think of better ideas. Not only does it help think about better ideas, but also receive feedback on the lesson.
