Kaleb is a co-founder of TDR Ideas, LLP, a service and mission-driven consulting partnership, an Education Consultant with Encyclopedia Britannica, and a former K-12 charter school educator. I started developing SAT curricula for students and study plans based on their testing dates. During my summers, I taught and led Social Studies at Breakthrough New Orleans, where I also had the chance to help develop the 9th Grade Academy. After graduating, I began teaching Special Education in 2nd grade and worked with 2nd-4th grade students for a couple of years. The following year, I taught 5th grade Science and Social Studies, where I contributed to the significant performance of students in all subjects areas. I moved to Washington D.C. where I was a high school Special Education Case Manager for a couple of years. During this time, I co-taught several classes including Algebra 1, Geometry, English 9 & 10, World History 1 & 2, Physics, and Chemistry. I was the lead teacher for several Academic Support blocks, Government, and a Digital Humanities Senior Seminar.
