As far as I know, I need to pass the AES test before I can successfully enter the sophomore course. Therefore, AES is very important to me, whether now or in the future. By searching grammar teaching videos on the Internet for self-study, and by doing reading practices on canvas repeatedly, I deeply learned grammar and Reading practices, which is a great help to me. This is reflected in two aspects; On the one hand, it enables me to quickly find the key information and understand the general idea of the article; on the other hand, it is a great help for my writing, enabling me to express my views in a more academic and structured way. In addition, it also helps me avoid grammar mistakes in exams and essays. First of all, it gives me great confidence to face the AES exam, and more importantly, it lays a solid foundation for my future study and life.

 

I plan to explore the direction of media production in the second year of university. I have learned that there will be photography production course in the second year, so I choose to explore painting and photography skills as my two major interests in this semester to stimulate my creativity and inspiration. 
Through the teacher's video distance guidance, I learned painting systematically with my brother. It opens the door to the color world, enhances my perception and application of color, and also increases my creativity. As for photography, I record the things I am interested in in daily life with my camera, and then discuss with my friend who specializes in photography. Through his feedback, I can make better composition and choose the right Angle. With this experience, I improved my photography skills and helped me better enter the study of photography production in my sophomore year.
