For week 8, I have learned the concept of a contract including its terms and conditions. A contract made must be harmonious enough so as not to be void. Every contract must have:

1. Sighah which is ijab and qabul

2. The contracting party, that is, one who states ijab and one who states qabul

3. Subject/contract

4. The purpose of whether to comply with Shariah or not

Then it needs to pass the conditions that have been set in which the contracting party must be mature, reasonable and not forced. Also the subject of the contract needs to exist, be certified by the syarak and be able to be handed over. Likewise in setting the price it needs to be mentioned in the contract.

Overall, this section of the contract is able to help me to avoid determining and choosing a contract that is far from unfair elements such as usury.
