Content is in Finnish, but the idea comes through: a student can practise difficult customer situations, or situations that do not necessarily occur during their work placements. They see a real environment. Student can also review important content e.g. when preparing for a skills demonstration. Students find the assingments fun to do and refreshing, complementing regular teaching in class rooms. They also appreciate the real working environment -feeling. Teachers find they would need more training to prepare the environment, and also that they could keep doing it regularly so it becomes easier.
