The experience was nothing short of transformative. Delving deeper into Orff Schulwerk, I uncovered a wealth of knowledge about its principles and practical applications. The integration of dance into the curriculum was a revelation, and I've come back with a newfound appreciation for its therapeutic potential.

Collaborating with music therapists and educators from diverse backgrounds was incredibly inspiring. Sharing ideas, teaching methods, and improvisation techniques broadened my perspective and challenged me to think outside the box. I feel rejuvenated with a fresh pool of music and movement activities to incorporate into my sessions.

Beyond the professional growth, Salzburg's enchanting atmosphere served as a perfect backdrop for personal enrichment. Immersing myself in such a rich musical and artistic environment was incredibly inspiring. The cultural exchange with international colleagues expanded my worldview and left me feeling connected to a global community of music therapists and educators.

Returning home, I'm filled with enthusiasm to integrate the newly acquired knowledge and skills into my practice. I'm excited to explore innovative ways to combine music, movement, and therapy to create meaningful experiences for my students in the international kindergarten where I work.

This journey is proving to be a profound exploration of the body as a musical instrument and the therapeutic potential of embodied sound. The modules are offering a rich tapestry of knowledge, from the intricate nuances of body percussion to the subtle dynamics of vocal expression. I'm excited to see how these new tools and insights will shape my future work with clients. I've also learned too many skills from the first 2 Modules and I tried to use the body song as a part of my Master Thesis Intervention, and the outcomes were very positive.

Now, I'm excited to tell you about my workshop in Circle Singing with the outstanding Irish teacher Herr Ari Glage.. It's a concept that resonates with me deeply. The idea of spontaneous, collective creation through vocal improvisation is both exhilarating and humbling. I'm particularly intrigued by the notion of a "mistake-free" zone, where participants are encouraged to experiment and explore without fear of judgment.

Bobby McFerrin's philosophy of Circlesinging as a form of prayer and meditation aligns with my belief in the power of music as a healing modality. I anticipate that this experience will not only expand my musical repertoire but also deepen my connection to the transformative potential of shared musical expression. I think what I've learned from Herr Ari should also be added to Dr, Sylka's classroom framework because it's so rich in creativity and community-based work.

It's also a safer space where students that are facing stress are not exposed to triggers that might cause anxious moments, as we witnessed firsthand with a class-mate who struggled during her class and started to engage self-harm.
