The fourth goal set by the district has very little strategy to incorporate parent involvement in the campus. The focus is on the analysis of data that helps create a campus improvement plan.
A campus improvement plan (CIP) take that data and needs identified in the CNA and creates goals to help promote growth within the campus.

Lever Three: Positive School Culture
- The school district and campus align their vision, missing and goals to promote a positive atmosphere that uses school and community involvement.
Lever Four: High-Quality Curriculum
-Students receive quality instruction through the use of standard aligned curriculum.
Lever Five: Effective Instruction
-Teachers use different strategies to meet the needs of every student.

Goal one satisfies lever 4 and 5 of the ESF. This focuses on the instruction that students receive while at Burnet High School.
Goal two and four satisfies lever 3 of the ESF by promoting a positive atmosphere for students to attend, while promoting involvement of the community and parents.
Goal three satisfies lever 2 by promoting to retention of highly qualifies teachers and educators.
All of the goals established by Burnet CISD incorporate lever one. A highly qualified and effective group of leaders is crucial in order to successfully achieve growth within the goals set by the district.
