         <description><![CDATA[<div>Title I originated in 1965. This movement was part of the Elementary and Secondary Act of 1965. The statute outlines the significant information that districts must use to determine areas that need to be addressed.          <description><![CDATA[<div>After careful thought and consideration of the goals and the vision of the campus, I believe that three of the four  goals are aligned and support the growth that the campus is trying to achieve. <br>The fourth goal set by the district has very little strategy to incorporate parent involvement in the campus. This is an area that needs to be focused on and strengthened.</div>]]></description>

         <title>What lever(s) would the Campus Improvement Plan satisfy in regards to the Effective Schools Framework? </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>All levers of the ESF are satisfied within the goals of the campus.<br>Goal one satisfies lever 4 and 5 of the ESF. This focuses on the instruction that students receive while at Burnet High School.<br>Goal two and four satisfies lever 3 of the ESF by promoting a positive atmosphere for students to attend, while promoting involvement of the community and parents.<br>Goal three satisfies lever 2 by promoting to retention of highly qualifies teachers and educators.<br>All of the goals established by Burnet CISD incorporate lever one. A highly qualified and effective group of leaders is crucial in order to successfully achieve growth within the goals set by the district.<br><br>Burnet Consolidated Independent School District (2019).
