This blog is my final summative task, I am currently attending a full french school and have been in French schools since kindergarten, it is indeed my first language. I am 17 yrs old.

The story I chose to read was Mirror Image by Lena Coakley, this book is a science fiction short story meaning something that can't really happen, example: Star Wars.
Mirror Image is a Science fiction short story about a girl that tries to figure out her true self, Alice ( the main character ) underwent a brain transplant into a new body after an accident that happened and only left her brain to work.

The reason as to why I wrote an epilogue instead of any other option such as an introduction, a new ending or a similar text is because I find it easier to write a comment or a conclusion to what has happened is because its the same equivalence to any other option but with more detail added to it and I prefer to keep everything simple for everyone to understand easily.

Summary of creative writing :
Alice went through a brain transplant after an accident that left her brain as the only working organ in her body, the Jarred's are a family that recently lost their daughter and offered to donate their daughter's body to help Alice and her family.

Piggy and Simon are both seen as the outcasts from the group of boys on the island. Through the first couple of chapters, Simon would regularly help and encourage Ralphs decisions. Piggy would always defend Ralphs ideas, they were both really close with Ralph but had different roles in their friendship with him, Piggy and Simon both had a big role in Ralph’s position as ‘’ Chief ‘’, One would always agree with his decisions and defend them and the other one would push him to make a certain decision or push him into not going through with the plan. All three of these boys stayed together throughout the book. In chapter 9 all the other boys that were in Jack’s group were known as the hunters for their tribe and they wanted to hunt this ‘ beast ‘ that was actually just a parachuter. Once they went to go explore the beast Simon happened to be up to the mountain as well and the hunters thought Simon was the beast and they end up killing him cold-blooded and only realize it was Simon after he’s confirmed dead. In chapter 11 Ralph and Piggy were both on the mountain as a rock slid from the top and Ralph managed to move out of the way but it was too late for Piggy… All 3 of these characters; Ralph, Piggy, and Simon were on their own at the end of the book. Why mandatory recycling isn’t enough to save the planet. At this point with all the
pollution everyone has done with all the cars circulating, businesses that work 24/7
that constantly release all sorts of pollutants into the planet's atmosphere and
damages our ozone layer by creating holes due to the chemical reactions that
happen with the pollutants. According to scientists recycling won't be enough to save
this plant and all businesses should cut out all the garbage and recycling completely
in all of the this planets countries. Over 32 countries have already confirmed that by
March 2020 single use plastic will be eliminated from all stores to reduce global
warming.
Firstly, according to scientific research this planet will not be able to live passed 2050
due to the fact that all of the population world wide have damaged it so much that it
is going to be very hard to recover from. All countries world wide should build better
recycling facilities to avoid sending garbage to a 3rd world country like what Canada
has been doing for the passed 60 years, they do not have the space to hold all the
recyclables and garbage they collect. Uniformization across all countries should be
placed into act for the sake of our future we need to set stricter laws that relate to
pollution. If everyone stops buying non reusable items scientists would have more
time to figure out how to save this beautiful planet from dying. Not only should all
countries place laws for pollution world wide but everyone needs to understand why
this is all happening and what is at risk and they all need to go through with what is
said or else no changes will be made and before everyone knows it, it will be too late
to make a difference.
In conclusion, mandatory recycling is not enough, everyone needs to take off non
reusable items off the shelves in stores to wipe out recycling and garbage, this
planet has a little over 7 Billion people and there are still no solutions that have been
found, everyone should have access to an electric car within the next 5 to 10 years
to eliminate one of the problems which is carbon dioxide emissions, air pollution
related mortality shortened the average victims life span by 12 years and
