I have learnt that feedback does not end when I provide it. My goal, and what I have learnt, is turning feedback into a progression rather than a process. I want to check in with students and see how they’ve applied their feedback, and have then ‘feedforward’ by telling me how they acted upon, or what action they took based off my feedback.
