Angiosperms are plants that have seeds that grow enclosed a carpel. This picture of a Dandelion best represents an angiosperm, considered a Dicot. Within this Dicot you have 2 seeds that grow inside it called Cotylendons, which are like flowers that have branch like veins and a tap root system. A monocot has 1 cotylendon that has veins in the plant with parallel veins and can be seen in grass, plus it has a net root system underground. This picture depicts how a plant lives a double life underground and above ground- that thrives like the human body with its components.

Photosynthesis consist of sunlight, carbon dioxide, water, chlorophyll (give plants its green color). This video is really useful to help the reader understand how plants can clean contaminated gases or dirty air into pure air providing oxygen for humans. Without plants, we wouldn't have life for humans. plants have a system within the soil that the root is fed minerals and water and that is transported into the stem and leaves; in addition, the leaves have pores in them called stomata that absorbs carbon dioxide.

The common name for the plant below are mosses, also know as Bryophyta. This picture is asphalt moss. Mosses are non-vascular plants that has a flagellated sperm, dominant gametophyte, and they are small. Evolution of these traits is a terrestrial plant marks the origin of the first land plants. You can waxy cuticle, alternation of generations, embryo enclosed by protective tissue ( hardened vascular tissue- xylem and phloem). This allows plants to transport materials from one region to the next, which are ferns.

http://usinggeorgianativeplants.blogspot.com/2011/12/marvelous-moss.html

The most dangerous Biome to the ecological change would be the desert. In the picture you will see the Sahara Desert. It would be dangerous to attempt to live in the desert with the limited resources available to man who would have difficulty living in. The temperatures are scorching hot, there is no shade, and there is no way to plant any vegetation in the desert. I believe if someone were to try this, they would first become severely dehydrated. Although, there are some people who live in the desert, like the Tuareg people, and camels who can live in the desert without water for some day's. The desert rain waters get less then 3 inches every year.

The Neolithic Revolution during 10,000 BC was entirely different between two groups of people, such as, those who were hunters and those who were gathers. The gathers would gather plants and hunters will do the obvious and hunt animals for food. Prior to the revolution, these people faced food shortages, hunted animals, gathered plants, lived in small bands. After the revolution started, these people faced a different type of living, such as, settling down in one place, farmed vegetables, domesticated animals like cow or animals that can provide clothing, food began to become abundant, large populations in villages sounded good as it developed this new way for humans but they had to face negative aspects as well; which made them prone to diseases (small pox, influenza, and measles) and more susceptible to village attacks.

Heavy plows were a huge part of the third agricultural Revolution. Plows were used to till more land faster then ever before. This allowed them to produce more crops in a much more shorter time. And as stated from our notes in agricultural revolution improvements, this enabled farmers to clear land and recycle plant material by returning it back to the soil (tilling). John Deere invented a self polishing steel plow in the mid to early 1800's. These plows developed a global market trade by farming excess crops and populations grew but on a different note, it did lose human labor because of mechanization. I chose the video to discuss how John Deere influenced a global exchange with heavy machinery helping the farmers on their land.

I chose the Aloe Vera Plant as being the most influential chemical plant. I chose this option because so many people use the benefits of this plant, internally and topically. It has been proven to help people with burns, intestinal digestive track, oral health, and clears acne. Personally, I have had to use the healing chemicals of this plant and found it to be very useful. I had a really bad sunburn once before and I worked in the healthcare field at the time and I needed instant and fast healing gel to alleviate the pain and I fell in love with using the gel for burns and the other personal health benefits mentioned.

A world of agricultural, economic, social, and political practices going unchecked would look abandoned in present day without its oversight. I chose this picture of an abandoned factory because I see where a business was thriving and doing everything right but then another business moves in nearby going unchecked; and the people thinking that they are doing everything right but in reality this new company is cutting corners. So, these normal political practices may have some negative aspects but without regulation, we see a future of more health issues rising and a huge possibility of death.
