At OISE, within the adult education program, we have two student-led groups: Student on Seven and Care Collective. These are not formal clubs but rather independent student initiatives. I believe they could potentially collaborate with ARW, as their work seems to align in some way.

One thought is that making more opportunities available online might help. Commuting to campus on a Saturday or Sunday can be difficult for some people, or they might have other commitments. If we can offer training online, it might be more convenient for students. Of course, there are times when in-person involvement is necessary, but for something like a simple training, it could be done online. This would also save money on lunch, TTC, and other expenses.

A lot of the initiatives and community partners overlap with food security and justice issues, so maybe collaborating with groups such as dig in!, regensis, cast iron club, uoft food coalition, etc. would be helpful to get a foot into a certain network of clubs and increase outreach in their audiences as well.

We could work with Student Life's own Career Centre to learn more about community-based career planning activities. I think this would help highlight the applicability and usefulness of the CCP program.
