This is because more people are populating Browns Bay, and with all these new people there won't be enough housing in BB, so we'll have to knock down some shops, but I personally think that these apartments will look way out of place

Instead of using this space for housing, I think that we shouldn't build anything and keep it as it is. Unfortunately, with all of these new people coming in, we're going to have to knock own a lot of our beautiful open spaces.
