The reasons are manifold. I will describe 2 reasons.
     The first is the most important reason. This is about location. Fukuoka Airport is in the most accessible location for distance from both the metropolitan center and international airports overseas.
     The second is climate facilities. The August temperatures in Fukuoka are the lowest among major cities including Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya. Temperature is the most significant element to consider for the physical health of Olympic athletes, so Fukuoka is a desirable location for the Olympics.
     In conclusion, we should hold Olympic games regarding location and climate facilities.

Because the city also ranked first in the following categories: "helpfulness of locals", "Nightlife", "shopping", "local public transport" and "cleanliness of roads" city". The weather is very important to the Olympics and Tokyo has good weather to host it. It has a humid subtropical climate, a temperate monsoon climate with four distinct seasons: spring, summer, autumn and winter. And Tokyo, as the center of the Tokyo metropolitan area, is the largest domestic and international transportation hub in Japan with a modern rail, road and air transport system. The most importantly Tokyo As a city with many world-class sports arenas, Tokyo regularly hosts national and international sporting events. So Tokyo deserves to be a place to hold the next Olympic games.

It is true that technology increases productivity for learners in different activities of their lives. However, few students listen to their teacher recommendations and advice. Personally, I believe that there is no model better than other. The combination of a traditional and online learning have more impact on the academic performance of students. I feel this way for two reasons, not only it is important facing teachers and students to reduce distractions, but also the use of technology resources for interactions. For instance, my English teachers apply blended learning. It consist in work in groups and discuss our answers in class while we use our device’s as laptops, cellphones and I-pads. Besides, my teachers leave me homework online and I can check my class material in every moment. All in all, I think that the positive use of internet will have advantages in the learners education.

I argue that because during the pandemic of COVID-19 many schools and universities were implementing online classes and  It was beneficial for some courses. Nevertheless, it cannot be considered for all types of courses because special courses, for example language courses, where students need to practice with their classmates, this is not possible during the online classes due to the students cannot interact at any time with their peers. In addition,  when international students are in an online class, they are affected as a result of not having the need to communicate 100% in English. For instance, In my experience when I studied English in an online institute, I noticed that the classes could not improve my English level due to the fact that I had no need to speak in English at all times except when I was participating. For instance, will help students to talk with other students and improve their English language. Also, they will not feel bored. To sum up, English language classes online are not better than classroom for three main reasons.
