Do all employers fulfill their responsibilities in regards to causes of work-related accidents and illnesses? Employers have a responsibility to keep employees safe and inform them of health and safety risks that may affect them. They must also provide the employee sick pay, report specific events and accidents, and give them time off if they require it in the event of an on-the-job mishap

Also, I want to know whether there is a balance drawn between how dangerous work environment conditions exposes the staff to accidents and illnesses, and their negligence. I believe, in some way, there should be a balance. Every individual should hold a certain degree of responsibility.

The most frequent workplace mishaps and their causes are two sides of the same coin. While it is true that there are instances of freak accidents harming people that could not have been prevented, it is also true that there would be significantly fewer instances of workers suffering serious injuries or fatalities while at work if hazards that frequently go unnoticed and unaddressed were not present. The most common causes include slips, trips, and falls from heights, violent crimes, being hit by a moving object, handling, lifting, or transporting.
