Benson’s Crepes -Charlie

A description for Benson’s Crepes would include a world class crepe along with a variety of toppings flown in from the Hawaii house’s garden. I would rate this product a 4/5, it would be a 5 but they were a bit undercooked. For cooking methods, we cooked these in a non stick pan to ensure a smooth and consistent texture every time. Along with that we also utilized the microwave to melt the butter for the batter. My main takeaway from the lab would be make sure the crepes are cooked at a somewhat high heat to ensure they aren’t undercooked, this also makes them more crispy.

We used a microwave to melt the butter. We also used a pan to pan fry the crepes to perfection. Sometimes sauce is what you need to make something taste really good.
