Sorge nel punto più alto di Vigliano, accanto al castello, ed è di antichissima costruzione. Sulla facciata statue dei santi Giacomo e Filippo. Nel '52-'53 fu ristrutturata e nel 1983 è stata oggetto di un ciclo di affreschi, realizzato dall'artista bergamasco Luigi Azzuffi, situati nel coro e nell'abside. Il Giudizio universale è situato nell'abside, nel coro si trovano l'Annunciazione e San Secondo. Sotto la volta compare l'Agnello, simbolo di Cristo. in un secondo lotto pittorico, realizzato sempre dall'Azzuffi nel 1990, compaiono: San Pietro, San Paolo, San Matteo, San Marco, San Luca, San Giovanni, la Fede, la Speranza, la Carità. Le lesene sono state decorate dal decoratore Villa di Bergamo.

The church stands at the highest point of Vigliano, next to the castle, and it is very old. It was rebuilt in 1952-54 and in 1983 received a new cycle of frescoes in the choir and apse, painted by Luigi Azzuffi, an artist from Bergamo. "The last judjement" is located in the apse, while the "Annunciation" and "S. Secondo" are in the choir. "The Lamb", the symbol of Christ, is under the vault. A second series of paintings, produced by Azzuffi in 1990, portrays St. Peter, St. Paul, St. Matthew, St. Mark, St. Luke, St. John, Faith, Hope and Charity. The pilastres were decorated by Villa, a painter from Bergamo.
