I'm here to raise the issue of climate change in CHINA, and how it affects the environment, and citizens of CHINA. Yes, my speech does reflect that I'm a UN delegate c: My rhetorical devices aren't used well but need improvement, and I have definitely used detailed EPL (mostly P and L though). Im here to raise the issue of poverty, not only in Malaysia, but worldwide, and how we can easily combat it through the preservation of cultural heritage, as displayed by China, and how they were able to effectively lower their rates of poverty at a massive scale. My speech somewhat reflects that I am a UN delegate, as I utilised rhetorical devices in order to convey an issue, resolution, and visualisation of this solution. As well as a call for action.

In my speech, I am talking about the need of recycling in Malaysia based on what I observed in Taiwan. Overall I feel my speech is going well however I need help in organizing my paragraphs and need to use more rhetorical devices and persuasive techniques. A tip I could give is to use "this delegate" or "the delegate" if you do not want to use "I". Also, dont be scared to express your own thoughts in the speech as well.

The delegate of Sonya is here to share that, Malaysians need to learn how to throw trash in a trash bin. I like Taipei a lot. I would like to ensure Malaysia unites to learn about conserving our environment. My speech is somewhat there but still has room for improvements. Rhetorical devices and persuasive techniques are also used in my speech.

In my speech, I am talking about spreading the recycling program practiced in Taiwan across the globe and to adapt the program in all countries in order to take a global action in environmental protection. I think that my speech reflects that I am an UN delegate, because I based my speech on the Sustainable Development Goals 13, 14 and 15 . In addition, I tried to make use of rhetorical devices by including metaphors, parallelism, tricolon and repetition in my speech. Since my speech is handling an environmental issue, I think that I overused logos by mentioning a number of statistical information. I'm trying to balance the use of pathos and logos in my speech by referring to children and the future generations if we don't take an action to protect our environment immediately.
TIPS
Try to refer to key words using metaphors. For example, instead of saying environment, consider saying Mother Nature. It adds depth to your speech in a way.
If you're stuck, just write whatever ideas you have in bullet point form and try to organize them later.

I'm the delegate of Malaysia and I would like to share with you about Malaysia and it's cleanliness after going to Taiwan. Comparing to their place and our place, Malaysia is way dirtier than what I've witness. In my speech, I've talked about how the people of Taiwan preserve their national monuments and that can be done here as well. The rhetorical devices I'm trying to use are Pathos, Hypophora, Allusion and many more but to highlight the issue and to convince the people of UN, I'm trying to make a speech that would be persuasive enough.

I'm the delegate of Malaysia, I would like to share with you about the cleanliness in Malaysia compare to Taiwan. After visiting Taiwan, they actually care about their surroundings and environment. Malaysia don't actually care about their environment although they do understand the words 'Recycle'. They won't actually put it into action. Compare to Taiwan, they will put almost 100% of effort to keep their environment clean. my rhetorical devices in my speech aren't that much, I will try my best to put more and make it better.
