I've walked into only one music store in Ontario since I started playing that had a good calming atmosphere, Long and McQuade Sudbury. It truly all depends on what you are looking to purchase. A Denver guitar for example, would usually sell for around 150-250$. But a Gibson on the other hand, they could vary from 900-3000$.
