Ø La avispa perforadora del fruto y el pulgón. Provocan déficit en el crecimiento de la planta, como también, degenera la punta de las hojas, crean huecos en la pulpa y hasta originan la pudrición. 

Ø Taladrador del tallo de la guanábana. Es un gorgojo cuyas larvas perforan las ramas y tallos. No afecta la productividad del árbol, pero si ataca a árboles jóvenes, los puede matar. Para combatirla se recomienda realizar podas de saneamiento, sacando las ramas afectadas, y luego limpiar bien la zona de residuos de poda, para que no vuelvan a contagiarse.

Ø Perforador del fruto. Esta mariposa pone sus huevos en ramas y frutos. Cuando la larva crece, se mete dentro de los frutos generando un orificio del que sale un material parecido al aserrín. Esta plaga afecta considerablemente la productividad del árbol.
