• compression by the cushion to give added comfort for a better experience while wearing the shoe and a spring in the step of the person using the shoe. when the person takes a step and puts weight on his/her foot the "boost" insole material compresses to creating this effect. Another example of compression is when a step in taken and the front of the shoe bends with the toe and compresses the material above it.  
• tension is exerted by the "prime knit" used as a canvas the hold the shoe together (the upper of the shoe). it is tightly woman and is stretched across the majority of the shoe to hold the foot down and keep it stable.  he shoe laces  also provide tension; when tightened they pull the outer prime knit tight and provide support for the runner 
• friction is used on the outsold of the shoe beneath the cushion. the continental sole of this NMD is make from a very strong rubber material that creates a lot of friction. This is needed for stopping when at high speeds and for a fast start. If the runner is on a smooth surface such as a basketball court he will need this friction to crib to the floor when making sharp turns on the court. Also friction is used on the insole of the shoe to keep the runners foot i place when in use. 
• elasticity is used by this shoe in the upper. The material used is very elastic and stretchy. This makes the shoe very comfortable and durable for extensive wear. It also help with lock down of the shoe hen running. Another example of elasticity is the shoe laces; the shoe laces hold the foot down and and stretch to allow the foot to flex when moving. 
• finally of coarse gravity and the normal force when running or walking. When the muscles in the legs of the person moving are engaged the gravitational force allows the shoe to be lifted without going into space. It makes it easy for the runner to make a smooth stride when he is moving. it also keeps the runner on earth.

It is very comfortable because of the Adidas "Boost" cushion used in the shoe; it compresses alto when walking and creates a very enjoyable sensation while walking. 

It has good lock down ability when the shoe is properly fit which makes for comfort-ability for long running sessions and helps to avoid rashes and rubs from the inside of the shoe. 

it is good for acceleration and deceleration because of the rubber out sole. 

it is durable because of the high end materials used in making this shoe; such as prime knit, mesh, high end car tire grade rubber, boost etc...

it is also reliable; it is made by a very large and reputable brand (Adidas) so quality is guarantied. 

Also a lot of people think this is a very good looking shoe aesthetically. So along with running theu can be used as a "life style shoe" (for casual use)

The materials used to create this shoe are not recyclable and it will not be able to be decomposed in any rapid amount of time. The upper is made of woven mesh material which will just sit in a landfill for years.  

The fact that these shoes are non despicable however does not make any difference to the environment at all. The Adidas Bape Nmd is a very exclusive and widely desired shoe for people who know about high end sneakers. This particular shoe is worth over 1000 dollars on the market. The amount of these shoes made is only in the thousands. 

if someone had a pair of these shoes they would most likely never see the light of day and would never be thrown out because of its value in money and in exclusivity. Bape is a very well known brand and a very high end, expensive brand. The fact that there logo and signature is on an Adidas shoe is very special to many people; special enough to pay 1000 dollars or more
