All it takes is 1 counter-example to disprove a statement. Students should always be asking themselves, "Is there a better answer? " or "Is there another way to solve this problem?"?

We were asked to construct viable arguments during the time allotted for sharing and feedback.

We listened to other learners share their solution pathways and strategies in order to determine

reasonableness of other arguments. We learned from each other when those pathways and strategies

differed from our own

Small group to large group to classroom is a great transition in order to have students listen and critique each other. Students are not afraid to call each other out as well as share the 'right' answer.
