I love reading which is why I am an English Major with an emphasis on teaching credentials. I just finished the short story I Have Not Mouth and I Must Scream by Harlan Ellison (Trigger warning: AI taking over, cannibalism, major character death, torture). It’s a good spooky read, has an audio/radio broadcast dramatization on YouTube, a game and the inspiration for the YouTube series (also on Netflix) Amazing Digital Circus— YT show is more tame than the book so far— for the month of October. I’m currently trying to start reading Carmilla by Joseph Sheridan Le Fanu and a new book called the Graveyard Shift by M. L. Rio.

I also play video games whenever I get the chance and the games I love to play are Cult of the Lamb and Baldur’s Gate 3. I may not have a lot of free time at the current moment with school and work, but I’ll play for an hour or two if I can spare it. I also play Dungeons and Dragons. I play with a group just about every Friday and I am currently coordinating a campaign to play with CSUB’s English Club!

Another thing is that I will make references to random things — TikTok, Gravity Falls, Steven Universe etc. So please be prepared. I will also explain jokes if you let me because I like people being in on jokes. I will sometimes use Gen Alpha slang because I mostly sub Jr. High and below and some of it’s kinda stuck.

I also have a degree in Political Science, served 10 years in the United States Air Force, and hold a Master’s of Fine Arts in Screenwriting. I love taking in stories and making them up myself. I spend a lot of time watching movies and playing video games. I very much look forward to meeting you all and discussing the novel and sharing our lives! :)

The most significant thing about me is that I have 3 cats and 2 dogs that are my whole life and I keep talking about them all the time <3 . My hobbies include: cycling, hiking, travelling, crocheting, drawing, making beaded jewelery and singing in a choir :)

My interests are; reading books(mostly fantasy), playing games, watching tv series, playing instruments(ukulele, guitar, piano), I am aslo a big consumer of horror media whether it be films, games, or some internet ARG's, additionally I write short stories and poems.

I chose translator specialization but that doesn't mean it's my life goal. We'll see what life brings :)

Some facts about me: cat owner, fan of "Fast and Furious" movie franchise, interested in cars, but not in the strictly mechanical aspect, and video games player. Do you know "Witcher 3"? If not, you must play.

I was born here, in Bakersfield, California, and have lived here for most of my life. I know this city gets a bad rap sometimes, but it raised me, and I think I turned out pretty okay!

I enjoy long walks, riding my Beach Cruiser around my neighborhood, playing board games, and spending time with my loved ones. I haven't had much time for leisure reading this semester, but when I do have time to crack open a book, it's usually contemporary women's fiction, historical fiction, or a thriller -- but I also dabble in science fiction and fantasy!

My name is Olesia, I’m 18 years old, and I study English philology. I'm originally from Ukraine, but I’m currently studying in Poland. I love learning new languages and meeting new people. Traveling is my passion, and I've visited over 20 countries. In the future, I dream of becoming a flight attendant.

I love reading,listening music and also watching the films or movies in foreign languages.I enjoy traveling with my falimy.I'he got 1 sister and my parents.I'm 19 years old ,actually I'have been studing English Phlilology at PANS Nysa .

In my free time I like to play games (mostly titles from the Monster Hunter and Dark Souls series), read and research things about animals and do art as a hobby, though a huge chunk of my drawings are things like dinosaurs, dragons, all that reptilian sort.
