In the 1985-1986 and 1986-1987 academic years, education was held in a part of Manisa Ticaret Lisesi building, and the building was newly constructed as of the beginning of the 1987-1988 academic year.

In our school, which was opened for education with the preparatory class in the 1985-1986 academic year, the High School section became operational since the 1989-1990 academic year.
 Our school was named "Fatih Anadolu Lisesi" in honor of the great statesman Fatih Sultan Mehmet, who was crowned in Manisa upon the proposal of the Manisa Directorate of National Education..
Our school first started to have graduates in the 1991-1992 academic year.
Our vision is to carry the assurance of the services it offers to humanity with its world-class education, research and practices and to lead the transformation of these services into social welfare; to be a school that is a permanent attraction for its students, staff, science and art world.

There are 166 students and 24 teachers in our school, which teaches in a foreign language and is a Theoretic high school. 10 of the teachers are Turkish and the others are Gagauz.
