How is technology enabling teachers to do old things in new ways?
There are multiple options that technology provides teachers to do things differently. For example, substitute analog materials like flashcards or posters using digital pictures. If teachers want to go beyond this point, they can use technology to create a meaningful and contextualized context using videos, clips, or animations to present their lessons.
2. Education and training in a changing world: What skills do we need (teachers and students)? Why? We need skills that correspond to our age, we have the duty to be updated according to our student's needs, for example, skills for finding and sharing communication in a collaborative environment. 
Skills to promote and develop critical thinking, to solve problems analyzing information. Finally, I think that teachers and learners must have the creativity to discover new ways to teach and learn and evolve our thinking.
