External Examination:

general appearance: a body of a eel developed and well nourished hispanic adult female that looks to be 38 years. hight is 64 inches and she weighs 165 lbs.

Clothes and valuables: admitted to the morgue in clothes and in a body bag. clothes are not worn but are stained with blood. a small amount of vomit is present one the shoulder on her blouse. she is also wearing a ring on her right ring finger.

Head and neck: head is normally shaped with black hair. there is an injury to the right temple, including an open wound wherever-mortem bruising is evident. neck shows no sign of injury.

Trunk: chest and torso is appropriate size and no visible sign of trauma. abdomen is distended.

Extremities: the exremities are normal without abnormalities. ankles are swollen and signs of edema are positive with moderate fluid accumulation. the fingernails show substantial graying, indicative of low oxygen. the right proximal humerus shows signs of recently healed break, as does left tibia. inflamed, red injection sites on let thigh.

injuries: a head wound at the right temple, 2cm in length, and 5 mm in depth at the center. surrounding area bruised, limited bleeding evident, no skull fracture. right. elbow is bruised, 2 cm in diameter, limited contusion. No other visible injuries.

PHYSICAL EXAMINATION RESULTS: 
1. general pallor and evidence of oxygen deprivation.
2. figer nails and toenails blue/greying. 
3. evidence of vomit in oral cavity.
4. blunt drama to the head, wound indicative of a fall against a solid object, light bleeding suggesting lack of blood flow.
5.
