When the company has a project, multiple people from different fields would be put into a team to complete the assigned task. For example, when conducting an event, different people from the different department would need to work together. The finance department would be in charge of budgets, and finance management, whereas the human resources, would have to find part-time and temporary workers to conduct the event such as emcees. Although clothing and shelter aren't directly provided to them, the salary paid to the workers make it possible. These needs fall under a group known as the deficiency needs, meaning that they arise due to deprivation. According to a job survey website, most full-time employees rate the Hilton Hotel a total of 4 out of 5 stars due to the fact that they are working in a positive environment where colleagues are more friendly and nice.</div>]]></description>

This level is usually the most crucial since once the bottom three level is satisfied which is relatively easy this level plays a huge and prominent role in the behavior of the employees. At this point gaining appreciation and respect for their job done becomes increasingly important. Workers that have their work recognized tend to be more confident and themselves and work harder knowing that what they do is being appreciated by the higher-ups. The Hilton Hotel does this by giving their workers both monetary and non-monetary incentives. An example would be paid vacations, vehicles, bonuses and pay raises.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>College recruiting might often be seen as off-putting since fresh graduates don’t possess as much experience as someone who has been working in the field for a long time. However, experienced workers tend to have their thinking restricted to a single way and isn’t as flexible or open to new ways anymore. Fresh graduates can bring in <mark>new and fresh ideas</mark> to the hotel allowing them to cater to younger generations as well making sure that their target market is diverse and allowing them to dominate a bigger portion of their market. Moreover, fresh graduates can be <mark>easily trained and mold</mark> into a desirable worker by the higher-ups creating a much valuable asset in the future. A hotel must be willing to follow the trend and change or else they’ll be caught up in the past and inevitably fail due to being too old fashion. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>We think that while part of the selection should include a physical examination. This may sometimes be viewed as fat shaming and discrimination but when in the hospitality field, <mark>first impressions are crucial</mark>. When a guest walks into the hotel, they should be greeted by a healthy looking staff member, not a pale and sickly looking one. We believe that part of the reasons why customers come back to a hotel is due to first impressions. First impressions are all affected by physical experience and how someone carries themselves. If customers have a bad first impression this might affect their overall trip and lead to a negative review of the experience.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
