We had some introductions and some rules being applied. We studied a bit about reading explorer. We also learned a bit about the reading King Arthur and the knights of the round table. I really loved the plot of the story I am looking forward to reading the story book more. We learned about the reading called virtually immortal which talked about the carvings and architectural artifacts which might soon disappear but it can never disappear virtually. The vocabularies in this reading was kinda hard but I searched up the meaning and did the vocabulary practice. After that I think I understand most of the vocabulary. We also learned about ellipsis which I had seen people use it before but I didn’t knew how to use it so after learning this lesson I think I can use it now. For qskill we learned about accidental discoveries which recalled some of my memories it was an interesting lesson it reminded me of when I had discoveries by accident too but it turned out to be good and help me as a person today. The vocabularies in the unit wasn’t hard so I was fine with it. Finally, we also did the reading which i enjoyed it again because I love the story so much I am looking forward to reading more of it. For reading explorer we learned about black holes and the power or gravity . The reading was really interesting because I love studying about space. I got to know how powerful black holes can be. I felt scared of the black hole but luckily it says in the reading that there will be no black hole soon it might happen later but it will be a very very long time until that happens. The vocabularies was kinda difficult because this reading was very complex, but I think I can handle it. For qskill we learned about serendipity which means we discover something by accident but it turn out to be good. I was really surprised and shock that fact that most of what we are eating and drinking nowadays are cause by serendipity. Especially Coca Cola every children loves coke I was super surprised that it was made by accident. The vocabularies wasn’t that bad ether I think I can understand them. We also did more reading again which I enjoyed it one of my classmates she did the presentation very well so it was super exciting. For reading explorer we learned about the threats from space. We learned that asteroids could hit the earth in the future and they are name aphosis which represents the most evil Egyptian god. Although it may have a chance of hitting the earth it is very slim though so it is very unlikely that we are gonna get hit by it. So we have nothing to worry about and currently scientists are researching about it so that they can predict when the next asteroid hits. The vocabulary were a little difficult like last time but I think I can handle it. For qskill we practice using notes again but this time I think did way better then last time it is easier to organize the event one by one and I love to take note that way again I think it is very convenient. The vocabularies weren’t hard so I think I am fine. We also did more reading this week which was very fun because I love this story. For reading explorer we learned about a reading called water worries which talk about water shortages and how people these days are lacking water and some have water too but they lack clean water. It tells us about some people who has helped villagers and other people to get access to water and it inspires us to do the same. This reading made me understand water shortage is a problem and it makes me want to preserve more water. The vocabularies were a little difficult but I think I get it though

For qskill we learned about direct speech and indirect speech which I think I learned it before in the past a couple of times but I forgot a lot of it so this lesson is more of just a revision to me so after studying a bit I understand it already. Today we also did more reading about King Arthur which was very interesting we got to learn more about the evil Morgana and also stories about Lancelot. But it was quite good miss decided to let us watch all of the students videos projects and it was very interesting to see people making different things and coming up with different ideas. I really enjoyed some of them especially the bracelet that one of my friend made it reminded me of when I was young. I think miss was right to let us watch the videos because if we had studied about the lesson we wouldn’t be able to focus because our mind is on the holiday so I am really glad we did this. For reading explorer we read a reading about e waste and it taught me a lot things that I did not know. From now on I will try to reduce the amount of e waste I produce as least as possible using methods like the three rs and buying less new electronics products. The vocabulary wasn’t that bad since some of the words I already learned it and surprisingly when I answered the questions it only took about 5 to 10 minutes which means my scanning skill has improved and I don’t need to read a lot. One of the day of the week was a holiday and the other day miss connection wasn’t that good so we could only study 3 days and which mean we didn’t do much. For reading explorer we learned a reading about living longer which they talked about things that can contribute in living longer and one of the main one that scientists think probably plays a role in it is genetics but also diet and exercise of course. The lesson I think is very interesting it made want to change my diet and live longer and I really enjoyed it. The vocabularies were ok I think I understand most of it already. For qskill we did a little bit of note taking skill which I think I did pretty good and we also answered some questions from the listening that we listened to. The vocabularies in the unit was easy I aced it. Finally, today my friend presented about the reading book which I thought was really sad due to the bad ending it had but overall I really enjoyed reading the book from start to finish. So for reading explorer we read a reading about longevity which talks about different cultures and people and how they stayed alive even at an old age it was really interesting. For the vocabularies in that reading it was easy because most of the words are really simple so I think I am fine with that. For qskill we did a lot this week because we had to catch up since the exam is near us. We did note taking skill which I think I did really well because it was just cause and effect so it was quite simple and we also listened to a listening about competitive sports at a young age which was fun to listen because it related a lot to me. Finally for the vocabularies in this unit it was simple and not that hard so it was easy to pick up. Finally, on Friday we watch a movie about King Arthur and the khnights of the round table I think that it was really interesting and fun.
