Almost everyone has joined Jack's tribe and there is only few with Ralph and Piggy. 
Jack has started to punish people for no apparent reason and warns his followers that Ralph is a danger to them. Him and all of his boys believe that Simon was actually the beast and the beast is still not dead.
Jack sends Roger and Maurice to go raid Ralph's camp.
