As for evening treatment, they were doing reflexology by the workers at PPQL. at 8.00 pm, nurse and the workers started to feed the patients. I was helping nurse to feed the food. There were some patients that cannot eat, they were feeding by milk and medicine suitable for them. At that moment, I learnt a new knowledge on how to feed and behavior of different patient. After that, I learn on how to key in the result of patients progress on PPQL database.

I need to learn more how to communicate with a proper way in order to make sure customer that call understand and make them easy to get the information on what they want.

  1. Normal blood pressure is between 90/60 and 140/90. If you have a reading of 140/90 or more, you have high blood pressure (hypertension). This puts you at greater risk of developing serious health conditions, such as heart attack or stroke.
  2. People with a blood pressure reading under 90/60 are usually regarded as having low blood pressure.
Sometimes, customer ask us about the blood pressure, so we need to study more about it. It's a new knowledge.

Diabetes is a manageable condition, but key to successfully living with diabetes is balancing medication and insulin injections with food and activity. When that balance isn’t right, one of two things will happen: either blood glucose drops too low and hypoglycaemia (a hypo) results, or blood glucose rises too high and hyperglycaemia (a hyper) occurs.

There a few of patients at this ward take insulin and they had to check on their glucose everyday. Vertigo is a symptom, rather than a condition itself. It's the sensation that you, or the environment around you, is moving or spinning.
This feeling may be barely noticeable, or it may be so severe that you find it difficult to keep your balance and do everyday tasks.
Attacks of vertigo can develop suddenly and last for a few seconds, or they may last much longer. If you have severe vertigo, your symptoms may be constant and last for several days, making normal life very difficult.

After 30 minutes, he come back and alhamdulilah, his result is decrease a little bit than before.
