We got evacuated to my grandmas for the whole week, and even though it's normally fun there, there was nothing to do. 

After that I sat in the car for three whole hours to drive my great grandma back to her house.

 My mom says that we could move somewhere else because of these fires. They got very close to my house I'm very grateful that it didn't get burned down.

Then after that I got to have a really fun sleepover with Ivy because my mom thought that I should have some time with friends.
I was actually sad to hear school was canceled. I have been taking care of myself. As for helping my parents, I have been helping where I can however they don't really need much help. Something good that has happened was my friend came over for the weekend, which I think was good because his house got burned during the Tubs fires and at his house it was super smoky and ash was falling a lot. It was nice for him to come over and not have to deal with the smoke.
