         <description><![CDATA[<div>What I remember of constructivist learning theory is that this idea of cognitive development that was based on observations of the stages of biological development.  Constructivist believe that learning occurs when individuals encounter a new stimulus we either accommodate the stimulus to known schema or we assimilate the stimulus into a new schema.  Constructivism places the students curiosity, interests and motivations as essential conditions in the learning dynamic!<br><br></div>]]></description>
