Naomi - Yes - although I think there are various settings so you can choose whether or not you want posts editable. Seems sensible to leave it so that only admins can edit post. Also, I expect that you get more options if you pay, rather than have the free version, although that seems to give you quite a bit of flexibility? I'm quite impressed with it really!
