  • Started using the app around 2-3 years ago and is using it till now.
  • Started using more during the COVID times

  • Too many pop-ups
  • Ads are distracting and covers the content 
  • Visions problems cause hinderances
  • The screen is always too bright even dimming down the brightness of the device. 
  • Feel it's time consuming 
  •  Prefer to follow the old way of going to the shop,i.e., daily shopping in person ---> a way of moving out of the house rather than staying at home the whole day.
  • No trust on the website:
    • May read all our information because doing it from laptop or mobile.
    • The product quality is not good received and sureity that it is not impure(in case of groceries)
    • Don't trust the Payment Gateway system; always prefer the "pay on delivery" system.

  • Avoid dividing the users’ attention between multiple tasks or parts of the screen
  • Allow for greater time intervals in interactions (i.e. limit pop-ups, etc.)
  • Make the same website with different layout and features for them. (eg like we have kids mode.)
  • Provide limited content as description.
  • Try to make everything easily accessible to them within a few steps 
  • Simple Form filling 
  • Try to make the error messages simple and clear
