- Strengths: could be competitive advantages, resources, people, innovative aspects, qualifications, processes, marketing, reputation etc.
- Weaknesses: disadvantages of proposition, gaps in capabilities, financials, cash-flow, leadership, costs etc.
- Opportunities: innovation, global influences, new markets, contacts, partnerships, etc.
- Threats: financing, political/ legislative/ environmental effects, market demand, etc.

Once completed the module, each subgroup make a presentation of their findings and the trainer, as well as other participants,  provides feedback.
