I would practice the density leadership, which consists on the given opportunity for students to take decisions that concern to the class so that they can develop autonomy and feel confortable when communicating in the class. In order to avoid communication gaps I would let students know my expectations of the class and the strategies we can implement as a group to achieve the goals of the course, then, encourage them to communicate their expectations, doubts, and feelings toward the class.

It’s very important to take into account how necessary and valuable it's that we deliver appropriate communication to our students. Because communication can facilitate or make difficult students’ learning. As a teacher, I’m going to listen to my students. It is something so necessary and important to know what we have in a classroom, what we need to change, what we can apply to make a good environment with the purpose of improving learning. Communication and feedback skills are so important in a class. Behaving an effective transactional communication to my students is something that I consider as an important factor into my students’ learning and knowledge. As the reading mentioned some of these skills are paraphrasing, behavior description , feeling description. Also I would like to create this enrichment, empathy and trust environment for my students that would make that students feel comfortable and feel that they are valuable and important to me. That they have the freedom to express themselves. That’s why I think that by considering this environment or climate of trust and empathy to my students I can reduce communication gap. I think that students either children, tennagers, or young adults, have a lot to express but so many times we don’t take the opportunity to really listen to them. This cooperation process between teacher- students, it’s a shared-work of patience and constantly changing.

I think that it's important since the very first day to be as clear as possible in regards of what I expect from the class and what are the goals to be achieved by the end of the course. Another thing that could have an impact with the students is the way that I as a teacher approach to them and let them know that it is completely ok to come to me if they are struggling with something. I think I would have to be very careful with my verbal and body language if I am trying to create a nice environment in the classroom.

I think the main focus for me would be finding reciprocity. I keep thinking about all the difficulties and ambiguity in communication. Even trying my best does not assure the students will be honest or will trust me or the others enough to share their feelings. The best thing I can do is trying to be and look approachable. I believe that being vulnerable is not a bad thing and can invite others to connect with their feelings. A healthy, safe and equal space means a lot to me.

As a teacher, a good planning of the course would help to avoid communication gaps in classroom, sharing and being clear with the objectives, at the beggining of the course, are important aspects, also accepting another opinions from the students and answer the possible questions that they could have. Keeping constant interaction would be the key factor to avoid missunderstanding.

I consider important to keep an active, and comfortable communication with people, but it has more importance when we talk about our students, because we can affront many problems if we haven't good communication in the classroom. I think I'd make different kind of activities for students to make them feel important for the group, and to talk about what they expect from me, from the class, and also I let them to know what I expect from them as a group.

Communication will always be a difficult matter within relationships. There are many types and ways of communication. Therefore, for me, one way of improving it or avoiding miscommunication is always talk or express ourselves as clearly as possible. If this is not working or there is still some gaps, it will be helpful to ask the other person if what I said is clear and solve any problem or situation that can be presented. The feedback is essential in communication, as well, being an effective transactional communicator. Respect is always important.

I think that we as teachers always have to be very clear in the different ways we use to communicate. Obviously with more emphasis in the oral way. For example, giving instructions to our students but if they are kids we can also write it on the board. In this way they can listen and see the information at the same time. Another way to avoid miscommunication could be, if you are working with young adults, you can create a WhatsApp group where they and you can establish communication and also as a calendar to remember some important dates.

<sub>
I think that a good teacher transmits confidence from the beginning, as future teachers confidence should be one of our objectives, to transmit confidence so that the student is able to approach us when something happens, or have the confidence to tell us if he has doubts about the topics seen in the classroom.
How to avoid gaps in class, I think it is difficult because it depends on the attitude and personality of each student, but making dynamics for participation could help us.
One way to build confidence in the students is to ask them how are you ? sometimes simple things like "Have you eaten? can break the ice and generate confidence because you can see the interest of the teacher beyond the school.Communications allways will be a good tool for building trust

I really think that communication is a very complex process that is used for all human being, but into a clasroom is more complex because as teachers we need to take into a account a lot of details and elements in order to achieve effective communication. All teachers are a a guide, a coomunicator and a counselor and we do it through the use of communication, that`s why is very important and essential to really use communication as a tool to shre the knowlege to our students and they can acquire the knowledge by the use of some strategies or tecniques. I'd avoid some communication gaps by the use of some stragegies such as the clasroom arrangement, where teachers can accommodate students by their perspective.

I think that as teachers, we must transmit calm and make the students feel like they are in good hands. It is difficult sometimes to make a good choice in the tools we need to use to help our students to improve. But we must see the chances and opportunities we have and use it as well. Try to keep your eye on the best position. And also try to make a good and strong line with your students.
