Each of these territories has a commissioner which is like a lieutenant governor, they also each have a premier, and a legislative assembly. This legislative assembly works alot like the provincial legislature but the territories have less power than provinces but because of a deal made by Nunavut, Nunavut has more power over land and resources than other territories. Decisions are made by everyone voting but elders are consulted before anything is passed into law.

Elected representatives are known as members of legislative assembly (MLA). In Quebec they are members of the National Assembly. Only Ontario has MPP's. Elected representatives follow procedures similar to those followed by federal MP's. There is a Speaker, the government party, the Official Opposition, Question Period , parlimentary etiquette, and so on. Provincial governments have no Senates.
(All info from the textbook)
