Denzel Washington emphasizes the importance of consistency, the will to fail, and more. For consistency, if you lack consistency, you will lack a finished product, a finished goal. Dreams without goals are just dreams, and in the process of attaining them, attaining those goals and dreams and wishes, you will fail. It’s inevitable that you’ll fail. Without failure, you’re not trying. And if you do try and don’t fail, then you’re not trying hard enough, just a big fish in a small pond chasing after goals not worth the pride. To get what one’s never had, one must do what one’s never done.

What he emphasizes in the video is that people are going to make mistakes and fail. It can take so many years and and it can take forever for someone to make it in life and to succeed in life. These message resonate with me personally because I know I am going to make mistakes. I have made so many mistakes in my life and I have failed so many times but I do not let that get to me. I am going to continue to keep working and pushing myself every single day because I know if I keep going I am not going to fail which is very important. I know I am going to make it at one point and imma make it and have a great job. I don't know how long it will take but it will happen.

Denzel Washington mentions the most about failure. He walks about people that fail to take the first step. People are too worried to fail that they don't even try. They come short just off what they think people will think. People think the failures they have will be remembered more than their accomplishments which isn't true. He emphasizes the potential that people have and how when they're on their deathbed they will remember the could’ve what I could’ve been what my life could’ve been. If you don’t fail then you weren’t trying. If you never lose then you never truly try, everyone will fail, everyone will embarrass themselves.

Denzel encourages viewers to accept the belief in how failure will always come to get you. No matter what the outcome, to achieve success you must fail. But he explicitly states that you should fall forwards rather than falling backwards and being held back compared to what you should do. Utilizing personal anecdotes, Denzel Washington has failed multiple auditions to become an actor. After multiple retakes he finally ends up getting a role and in fact plays a play in the theatre he originally didn't earn a role in. He also believes that the talent everyone indeed has but not all of us are willing to get back up after failure.

His story was mainly just about how he had failed many times over and over again but was still able to overcome those failures and succeed in life. He ended up going through many different majors in college because he didn't know what he wanted. His story shows how overcoming the obstacles that get in your way will lead you to success in your life. He didn't let his low GPA and grades effect him and still came through in life. He now goes around the world and speaks to so many people through his movies. He is a prime example of someone who persevered and didn't let his major setbacks affect him.

Denzel emphasizes how people need to fall forward. If you fall back you will fall victim to turning a full circle and then be back at the same place you fell. When you feel yourself starting to fall just fall forward. There are more opportunities ahead rather than behind you. Past opportunities are missed opportunities so make the opportunities ahead opportunities that you can not miss. He also stresses that it is okay to fail. If you do not fail then you will not not succeed. You have to be able to fail to be able to succeed. You have to take risks to succeed and you can not take risks without expecting to fail.

One key motivational message Denziel emphasizes is "if you don't fall forward, your not even trying". When people never take that risk or ever sign up for sometghing different you've already failed. You didn't even put up a fight what you want. If something is really important to you why would you not fight for it. This message resonates with me personally because in AP classes I get intimidated at times. After all, some people are smarter or have better studying habits and have a better chance of succeding. However, I still push myself andd last year got an A- both semesters in AP European History.

His story was an excellent representation of how people can't get anything they want just because they try to do something. The reality was that in order to get something, everyone has to fail in order for it to be genuine. He failed so many times and he had found himself in some of the lowest points of his life. He was lost so many times but no matter the circumstances, he was still able to keep going forward. He still tried over and over again. He found out what his dreams were. He was able to find his true self and did the things he wanted to do in order to unlock his full potential and be who he wanted to be.

Denziel Washington's story has the best story for what he talks about. Washington talks about how you should always try even if it doesn't work or if you not failing you are not trying. It all depends on you, throughout his story that is the main point of his story. His story makes him and his words even more powerful after he tells the story. It makes you realize that even when you start from nothing or nothing works you are bound to find the light at the end of the tunnel. His main message is that no matter the how deep the hole is you are close to finding the treasure chest.

The key motivation messages that Denziel emphasized in the video was about being ready to fail and living to your max potential. He focused mostly on failing, such as stating about wanting to fall forward instead of having to fall back on something because falling forward will allow you to see what is in front of you. Another thing he stated about potential was taking it seriously and taking risks makes life worth living. These messages in the video resonate with me because they’re something that can really push me to continue doing the best without having extreme stress about failing because it’s a part of the process of learning and it’s not definite.

I like how he is passionate with his words and knows what he is talking about. Something he said that I loved was "Every failed experience is one step closer to success." I loved this because its very inspiring and motivational. There are more opportunities in your future than in your past. He says to fall forward. Which to me means to not look back because the past is the past and the future is the future. Look to the future.

The key motivational messages Denzel emphasizes the most in the video are to not be afraid of failure and to put everything into meeting your potential. Being afraid of failure will hold you back and prevent you from meeting your goals. Instead of fighting failure and going around to prevent it, you should accept it, because it's an inevitable part of life. Being able to live with this allows you to grow as a person. Meeting your potential, if someone were to say “oh you have so much potential”, its considered a compliment, but if you were to never meet that potential it would be pointless. Every single piece of potential you waste comes back to haunt you, so you should put every ounce of energy into meeting your potential.

Sometimes, I spend so much time slacking off in class when I should be working ahead, and this costs me time at home where I should be relaxing/improving my hobbies instead. At the same time, I have multiple hobbies. I normally intend to practice all at least once a day, but due to my lack of time management, it’s less of a mixed bag and more of a rotation schedule. Even after every failed audiction he kept training and preparing for the next audiction till he got a role. And it just so happened that when he did finally get the role it was at the first theater where he first got regected. It shows that he always falled forward. That he took every regection as fuel to push himself and learning from every audiction, even if he couldn't sing at first.

Denzel encourages viewers to cultivate a positive mindset and develop emotional resilience in the face of challenges by normalizing failure. He emphasizes how failure is a natural part of life and is inescapable and how it is essential in the process of reaching your full potential. In the video, he said, "Every failed experiment is one step closer to success." Through this quote, he portrays a mindset that needs to be set to look at failures as opportunities to grow. He relates to viewers by sharing his experiences of failing and getting up in the face of challenges, not giving up and eventually becoming an actor, after 30 years of trying. This shows how it takes patience and the willingness to fail to reach your full potential, as demonstrated by his story, helping us develop emotional resilience in our challenges. He also mentions how famous people have failed thousands of times before achieving success that made them well-known, normalizing the fact that failing is a part of life and occurs with everyone. Overall, throughout the video he emphasizes how failure should not prevent people from taking chances and trying things, or else it will hold them back. He conveys a positive mindset by relating to the viewer and introducing a new perspective on failure.

By mentioning his story, Denziel Washington exemplifies the importance of resilience in overcoming obstacles and achieving success. In the video, he explains how he faced challenges in college, switching majors three times and letting his grades slip. He felt lost and didn't understand what path he was gonna take in life, eventually becoming expelled from college for a 1.8 GPA. By adding this in the video, he shows how he didn't give up even when he hit rock bottom and eventually found his path, which was guided by his failure. Additionally, he mentions how he was into acting and auditioned for Broadway but was shot down. This didn't stop him from trying, which led to failures over and over again, but eventually he caught a break and thirty years later he got a job at the same theater that shot him down the first time. His success in acting and becoming famous contradicts the negative mindset that failure is the end of the road and defines you. By emphasizing his failures along with his success, we can see how it is essential to be resilient and overcome bumps in the road to achieve success. He shifts the viewers mindset to take rejection as a boost to push yourself toward success. Without giving up, he reached his full potential and goals in life, adding meaning to his quote: "Failure is the best way to figure out where you're going." His story shows the reality behind success and the power a positive mindset holds in life.

To always do what you are passionate about but dont be afraid of failing. You need to accept that we will all fail once in our life and not everything will go our way. And the road of failing will lead us to success and grow from out mistakes. A quote that resonated with me was "you have the training and talent to succeed but do you have the gut to fail". Which is very important because I am scared of failing but I also know that it will just be a part of life and I cant let it get to me. Eventually I will fail at something but it will just be a leaning experence I can grow upon. Which will help me become more determained to reach my goals.

You must fall forward to get what you want. You must look into the future, not the past. He says that failure is a normal thing and its part of life. We all must fail to win. Every time we fail, we are one step closer to success. He is very motivated and emphasizes that failure is what we need in order to succeed. His words are truly inspiring and motivational.

Denziel Washington's story exemplifies the importance of resilience in overcoming obstacles and achieving success by his saying of falling forward and not back. Falling forward he talks about how failure is critical and you can take it and use it to help you move forward and not back. He emphasizes that setbacks can set you forward, but you have to put in the work. The key is to learn from the setbacks or mistakes made and have determination and a positive attitude as you proceed to move forward. This approach pushes you to grow stronger and closer to the goals you want to complete.

A key motivational message that he states in the video that can resonate with me personally is fall forward. Turning your setbacks into something that can help you move forward is extremely important. When I fail something I need to use it to keep going forward and use it as motivation to continue to do better than before. Another things is to get want you don't have you have to do what you have never done. This exemplifies how you cannot benefit from nothing you have to put in work and effort to move forward. You cannot expect things from not doing anything.

Denzel explained his many challenges and how he continued to persevere effortlessly and became a top class actor. His 1.8 GPA led to him being expelled but instead of giving up, he kept fighting and later achieved what he had dreamed of all his life. The discouragements never stopped him and continues to inspire others to keep fighting no matter what .He exemplified that although others may not believe in you, anything is possible if you put your mind to it and work consistently.

He states we should never be afraid to fail because no matter what every action we make will not turn out perfect. Our path in life is never a straight path and we have to accept that we will fail at some point in our life but that failure isn't something horrible but instead a step closer to success. This message resonates with me because I know that no matter what in my life I will fail and although a failure doesn't mean the end of the world I am still afraid for when I will fail because I know it will be hard to recover.

Denzel Washington emphasizes in his video messages about dreams without goals won't happen, you have to have the guts to succeed, and to get something you have never had you have to do something you never did. These resonate with me personally because I have had dreams before where I didn't set any goals to get myself there but then I didn't understand why I never reached it. A lot of people as well just don't have the guts to succeed because they don't want to fail. If you cannot fail then you will never be able to succeed in life. Lastly when there is something that you want and have never had you are always going to have to do new things to reach that goal. Like with working out, you might want to gain mussels but have never worked out before so in order to get there you have to do something new.

He talked about trying out for a musical at a certain place and he was not accepted. But failure after failure he ended up back at the same stage and he tried out again, and he made it. Denzel stresses that fact that resilience is so important regardless of how hard it might be to get to your end goal. He talks about how you have to fall forward. This lesson meant that even if you fail again and again, it's not the end of the road, keeping an positive attitude about it can help keep you trying because failing can help you learn from your past mistakes.

Some key motivational messages that Denzel emphasizes in the video are "Nothing is worthwhile without taking risks," "If I fall, I want to fall forward to see what I'm falling into," and "To get something you've never had, you have to do something you never did." The first quote resonates with me personally because I strongly firmly believe in when you don't take risks in life, you're a coward. You can't be afraid of failure. This applies to me because I am afraid of failure. Disappointment. But I've been learning how to accept failure. Not much, but I'm trying. The second quote really resonates with me because if I fall backwards, I don't know what I'm falling into. But if I fall forward, I'll see where I'm falling and how I can pick myself back up. The third quote stood out to me the most, because to get what you've never had, you have to take steps outside your comfort zone because that isn't how life is. I'm so comfortable and freeze whenever I have to do anything different. Because change scares me. This is something I'm also working on.

I resonated with this because It's hard for me to do unfamiliar things but in order to fulfill your dreams, you have to get out your comfort zone and do things you're unfamiliar with. Another motivational message Denzel mentions is consistency. He exemplified through his own achievements how working towards yours dreams pays off but takes time. He encouraged to not fall backwards but to fall forward and learn from your mistakes. Working hard towards your dreams is the key to achieving what you truly want and he proved this through his many breakthroughs.

A key motivational message Denziel emphasizes in the video is to fall forward. You have to fall forward and never fall backwards because you need to keep moving forward. If you fall forwards you see where you are falling while if you are falling backwards you won't be able to see where you are going. Another motivational message Denziel emphasizes is that you will fail and that you have to accept it. You aren’t going to be the best at everything but you can try your best at everything you do. Lastly another message is that dreams without goals are just dreams. That you won't reach your goals if you don’t try.

His story exemplifies the importance of resilience in overcoming obstacles and achieving success because he talks about failure as just one step forward. He talks about you will fail at something and you can’t be the best at everything. You will lose but you have to accept it and use that for the better. Everyone has the talent to succeed but do you have the guts to fail? He also mentioned that if you don’t fail you aren't trying. Failing is a part of succeeding and it is okay and by failing you can get closer to reaching your dreams.

The speaker in this video has a very inspirational tone. The speaker in this video also talks and explains about his own mistakes and hardships he went through in college. Even though he was kicked out of his school because of his horrible grades he didn't give up. He talks about the importance of motivation, and that is something people lack. To gain something you have always wanted you have to lose something too. Meaning lose and get rid of your bad habits and stop procrastinating. Stay motivated and do what you need to do to get your things done but dont be afraid to fail. Failure is the main reason why people never try and give up on something before even starting it. He explains if you're afraid of failing and to fall, he gives the advice of to instead of avoiding failure and being scared to fail, to not be scared of failure because your bond to fail in some parts of your life and when that day comes fail forward and see were you have gone wrong and keep moving and going forward.

Denzel Washington elucidates the foundation and the key to success is through willingness and the need to fail. Without failure, nothing is achievable. "I found nothing in life is worthwhile unless you take risks". You will suck as something in your life, you could be good at academics and be horrible in terms of life qualities. Like I said and stated before, it is almost virtually impossible to achieve something worthwhile. For instance, although you can set your goal to an easier task it would allow you to possibly achieve without failure but will not give you the satisfaction of actual success unlike those bigger and riskier goals. A brief allusion to Derek's previous response, "To get what one's never had, one must do what one's never done" is a very accurate statement because you have to FALL forward.

Denziel mentions how you should chase your dreams but to also make them happen. You need to get up, and put in the work in order to achieve those dreams. He said every failed experiment is a step closer to success and this is really important because without failure you aren't even trying. How are you supposed to succeed if you don't fail first? You need to try over and over again to get what you want. This resonates with me because I always try and try again no matter how many times I fail. I feel that the messages he gave really put things into perspective for me to keep moving forward.

Denzel shared about how many times he failed throughout his life but with every failure he got back up and tried again. Even in college he changed his major so many times but did he give up, no he got back up and tried the next thing. Denzel used himself as an example of how you can overcome obstacles and push through to achieve your dreams, to be where you are now. After every failure he got closer and closer to achieving that success he wanted badly. He never let his bad grades and low GPA affect who he was as a person because he still found his way.

Throughout his speech, Denzel mentions multiple occasions where he failed but continued to pursue his goal. For example, his attempts at achieving a role in a Broadway play. He spoke on how he was rejected many, many times until, finally, he was accepted at the same place he was first rejected, 30 years later. Another time where he failed multiple times was when he did not know what direction to take in college. This tells us many things about Denzel but the most important is definitely how he has these experiences and he is not simply a random guy telling us stories.

He focuses on times in his life where he failed but never stopped trying. He kept reminding us that failure is okay and to not dwell on it because it's just a closer step to succeeding. Throughout life you're going to go through a lot of trial and error and Denzel's examples really explained that. He wants to encourage us that it all works out in the end but you can't give up. He made it easy to relate to him and explained that failure got to him until he realized that it just wasn't meant to be.

I think in my life, I need to raise my standards concerning how I study and my overall work ethic. Right now, I have been studying okay, but my grades are not as high as I want them to be, and I think that is because of my inconsistency. This also factors into how my work ethic is as because of my inconsistency, I cannot get what I need to get done finished. To get better at this, I understand that I need to have better plans to study, and I need to track what specifically I need to study.

By keeping a negative mindset you will never truly accomplish anything. He repeats trying and failing is still better than not trying and failing. Denzel emphasizes how it is very important to have a strong mindset when going through harsh times and moments in life. The challenges you face in life can only hurt you if you give up and not try. Trying is a part of growing and the more you try even if you fail, you are still growing and that is what life is really about.
