One of the things it talks about is trusting your students more. That is something that I want to be able to do, I want my students to trust me too that I am doing what I am supposed to be doing not because I am mean but because I am trying to get them to the best mindset and education that they can have. 
The other thing that they talked about was how you need to include your students more. I know that when I am teaching and I am bored with what I am teaching I know that my students won't be that excited about it either. How I am going to make sure we are still get that required information but doing it in a fun way is talk to my students about what we can do it make sure that it is fun for everyone. I feel like in the day in age people have all this fog in their mind and they don't think about anything before they do it. I want to be able for all my students to come to school and feel safe and happy to want to be there. 
I look at the high school I went too and we didn't have many POC but the people that we did they were always the ones that got the target on their back not the actual problem students. Those students don't deserve to have that target on their back they deserve to get an education just like everyone else. 
When I become a teacher my classroom with me a 100 free judgement zone. None of my students will feel like they are harmed or that they have a target on their back. If someone comes in and wants one of my students I want to know why, because I want it to be a real reason not some lame reason just for the student to feel like they are helpless. All my students will have someone to voice for them even when they don't want me to. If they don't like me or they hate the way that I am teaching it is their right to tell me. It is our right to come together to figure out the problem. The 6 year old that shot his teacher felt so overwhelmed with what was happening and didn't have anyone to talk to but I want my students to always know I am never to busy for them to talk to me. 
If that means that I need to stop my lesson to step outside the room and talk with someone I will. That is something I wish I got more in high school was the teachers that actually wanted to listen to what their students had to say.

When I get my classroom and we are going to read something that isn't for everyone we need to be able to talk about those things and not have people feel uncomfortable and have them want to make that topic disappear.

When I picked this article I never even thought about how teachers can look at other teachers and help each other out. In this article it was giving me a different idea on how I can look at my co workers when I become a teacher. 
When you are giving each other evaluations you aren't going to hurt their feelings you are going to make sure they know what they did good and what can work on and they can help each other find that work on picture.

One of the things that don't get fixed is teacher salary, technology, supplies. Those things sometimes have to come out of the teachers pay to make sure their students are getting the tools they need to be successful. With voting teachers can try and help that stuff go away. If we vote for the people that want to help teachers get higher pay and help them get supplies for the students and help with the technology that can be a complete game changer for everyone. When you start to look at the things teachers need to pay for to make their classroom more successful what are they going to be left with? barley enough to pay for their home and support their family. If we vote for the right people to help us we can be the change that we need. They are going to learn about something that was so important to not just them but to all of their teachers that they have had K-12. I never thought about the different ways that you can do something. 
When I was reading about the first one I feel like that is something I would put into my classroom. I know that when it comes to history their is a lot of information but sometimes it doesn't matter but kids will write down everything and then they will memorize something that they don't need. 
I want my students to be able to just listen to what I am saying and time some time and digest it and figure out what I am trying to say and then either at the end of class or the next day we come together and figure out what the "important" things are. If that means that the kids are learning something and they are understanding what the topic is I am going to do that one a lot of the time.

I know that when it came to high school the books were already picked out for you the students didn't have a choice with what they wanted to read unless they went into the library and just got a book they wanted to read on their own. With my class i'm going to teach history and with that subject comes more hard things to read, watch, and learn about. When I get into my classroom I want all my students to know that this stuff doesn't make them bad people this is stuff that happened many years ago and they shouldn't feel bad about learning about it. When it comes to having to read things more hard I want my students to have different options they can read the 100% real or I can make a copy of just the correct points to help them so they don't have to read things like that. Women have to get mentors from men to help them prepare for the education that they are going to face. I find that some load of bull women are just as capable of doing those things that men are doing. I feel like if they are going to listen to my problems and give me the help that I need they are going to help me navigate the rights and the wrongs. They will teach me what I am supposed to do with information and how I am going to share it with other people.
