We traveled  from Vidigueira to Lisbon and to catch the plane first to Vienne and then to Prague. We left 7:30 AM and arrived at 10 PM. What a tiring day!

We went to the hotel and directly to bed.

Portugal (Almada), Cyprus, Spain, Turkey, Romania, Croatia and Hungary. 

For the warming-up activity, there was a game (ladybird) find similarities and differences between the people in the group.

The trainer introduced the topic of the course by showing a powerpoint presentation and involving all the participants in the discussion (Coaching/therapy/mentoring/training).

There was some rain in the afternoon, so the guided tour was scheduled to Thursday. We joined the Spanish and Croatian teachers and went for a cultural visit by ourselves. We walked around all the afternoon (20.062 steps), enjoyed some traditional food and tried a local beer.

We started with a card game to identify our feelings at the beginning and then moved on to asking different types of questions which should reflect important goals to be achieved. We had to establish our own goals and discuss them in groups. First we worked in small groups and then in wider ones, as a way to reach a solution that might be consensual to everyone. This activity made us realize the importance of giving other people the opportunity to express themselves and together being able to reach a possible and best solution. Nobody is completely right or wrong.

In the afternoon we went on the cultural visit to other interesting points of the city.
