The word urge can be interpreted by pressing something, in this phrase people&nbsp;were urged to talk what is in their mind, I translated urge to "laela" because people were forced  to talk.   </div>]]></description>

So in the target text I would write the meaning they are conveying as suppose as writing them as Idioms or fixed expressions. It is for the benefit of the reader. Because, if not the meaning of these phrases will get lost in translation.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
