Yes , the most important values are empathy , responsibility , honesty , humility , respect , tolerance and kindness.

I could do in the future to help people by doing what we need most on a daily basis eg lowering food prices , campaigning for low income people and reducing crime .

I can worry about the environment in times of pandemic to continue to water the plants , take care of them and always see if the are growing in good condition.
