Yes, we can make it rain, we can create rain by heating up water into a boil or just till' it's warm then it will create water vapor which will flow up until it reaches the atmosphere; cools down then creates rain. Another way, a faster way to create rain is by setting up several mirrors projecting the sun onto the body of water that your going to evaporate, this will heat up the water at extreme speeds, if it is set up correctly, and it will cause the water to evaporate really fast then when it reaches the atmosphere it'll turn into a rain cloud and rain.

Yes, you can make it rain. Rain is created when the suns rays hit the ocean and turns the water to vapor. Then when the water goes up into the cold atmosphere it condenses and turns to its liquid form. This creates clouds and condensation.
But this is not the only way to create rain. In a rain forest, the trees themselves make it rain. Some of the water that comes up in there roots form on their leaves and creates water vapor. Then, because of all the moisture, the atmosphere changes and causes the moist winds from the ocean to come over to the rain forest. This means that if you live near a rain forest you get tons of more rain. Though there is a problem, people are cutting down these forests, and causing shortages in rain.
Also many people have thought of heating the oceans. This is a great idea but it comes with a catch. By heating the waters we could kill out entire underwater species. This plan would be great for all terrestrial creatures, but not the marine creatures.
In a way we are all ready heating oceans with Global Warming. We are getting more rain but all of the special underwater places are dying. Take the Great Barrier Reef for an example. In just two years half of the reef had died out due to heat waves caused by Global Warming!
Also we due to Global Warming we are not just getting more rain but more violent and destructive storms! If we heat the oceans we will just speed up Global Warming and destroy life as we know it.
So in conclusion if we restore the rainforests of the world, or find a way to heat the oceans in a safe way that guarantees safety to the underwater world we could bring more rain to the world.

Then once the gas is a liquid it would fall from the sky then make rain!

Yes,I think we can make it rain. Rain can be made when the sun heats up water causing some of the water to turn into water vapor. This water will then evaporate and collect in the atmosphere. The atmosphere is cold so it cases the warm water vapor to turn back into water thus creating it rain. So if we can find a way to heat up the ocean that is safe and not expensive we could make it rain. 😀😲😎🚰

I think that we can Like make a super boiler and boil a bunch of water so then it evaporates into the sky and then Bam you have clouds and then you keep on boiling ocean water And then it’ll start to rain. The location of the boiler will be in a inclosed area in the ocean and it will be fed by solar so it doesn’t cause as much pollution.it is closed off because it will help with global warming

Yes we can make rain, for example with the ocean the scorching sun is over it causing the water to be warm and the higher you go in the air it gets colder and in the video we learned that the experiment with warm water and cold air had the most water droplets which means the water gets evaporated and go’s up to the clouds and when the clouds get to full of evaporation it rains down water.

Yes, we are able to make it rain.
Water has to become very hot for example, the ocean heating up from the sun. And when the water is hot it turns into water vapor and it evaporates which that leads to condensation and the water vapor goes back to liquid form and it rains. This is caused because if heat is added to a liquid it will become a gas but if the temperature decreases the liquid could freeze.

I believe we can make it rain because If we get the water hot enough in the ocean to evaporate then it'll go up into the clouds and then when it has too much water in it then it'll start raining the water that comes up to the clouds that turns into liquid water. The ocean has to be warm and the sky has to be cooled so that condensation can happen so it can rain.
