I suggest adding, "What is missing in the statement? What needs to be clarified or expanded on?" (I know this is already in component 3 but I think it could also go here regarding the purpose/goals of inclusion)

Listening Sessions

Kind of in line with Peggy's comments, I think it would be beneficial to ask about listening session participants about what is needed to support inclusion at the systems-level (maybe this is implied by the "multiple levels). I also think it could be to discuss what inclusion needs to look like to contribute to equity. I'm thinking specifically about racial equity (in line with the racial equity POV) and equity for children with disabilities, broadly, but others may have other ideas about how inclusion needs to contribute to equity.
