         <title>Mental Wellbeing Activities </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>You've been doing online classes all day, it's time to take a break from all your devices and give some rest to your eyes!&nbsp;<br>Here are some activities you should try:<br>1.)&nbsp; Get some sleep or take a nap for an hour! We know you've been missing your good sleep. If you can't seem to fall asleep, you could lay down on your bed for about 30 to 40 minutes just processing your thoughts.<br>2.) Writing or Journaling! Whether it's venting about your horrible day or creating a fantasy world, it's quite nice once in a while to let your thoughts flow and find out what you'll end up with. Not your English class so it doesn't need to be perfect!<br>3.) Organize! Sure it can be boring for a lot of people but it's important to keep tidy and organized. Look at your desk, your wardrobe, or even your room. Is it a mess? Probably is from the amount of time you spent on screen so whether it's sweeping away the mess or folding your clothes, it'll clear your mind and spin your room back into shape.&nbsp;<br>4.) Arts and Craft! Sure, we're not all artists but letting out your emotions onto medium can be distressing for many. Again, it's not your art class so don't worry about how it comes out. An Example is spill water color mixed with water over paper or canvas. When dry, try to draw over it and see what art masterpiece you can come up with!<br>5. Exercise! It doesn't have to be an intense 17-minute abs workout but it could just be dancing to your favorite singer or going for a walk. Whatever it is you like, it's great that you're getting some form of exercise and moving those muscles that's been in a chair all day.<br><br></div>]]></description>
