         <description><![CDATA[<div>DDa. Cultural<br>B.yes. I think this is because of some rights are more important than others that people don't recognize some of them<br>C. Denied was the easiest because it's easier to find what's wrong with someone then what is good. I'd say the hardest was conflict. <br>D. Only a few. Maybe because people don't want to be straightforward with what's wrong with where they live. <br>E. I don't think the state of human rights isn't very healthy. There is a lot of negative actions that are taking place, so I don't think it's safe. I definitely think that they should be worried. These people aren't able to take control of their rights. </div>]]></description>
